ALBANY — The officer who fired two shots at a car that hit him at the University at Albany did not break any rules and is back on the job, UAlbany police said.
“He was not in violation of any department policy,” said Jennifer Baldwin, Deputy Chief of Administration.
She said three separate investigations agreed.
