Dyker Heights sewer divers arrested after hours underground

Police say two men have been charged with trespassing and one with possession of burglary tools after breaking into a manhole in Dyker Heights Wednesday evening, the second break-in on that street in as many months.

Frightened neighbors saw the two men enter the manhole around 10:40 p.m. and called officers, who arrived and waited until the men emerged at around 2:30 a.m. to arrest them.

Wilmur Rodriguez Carrasquel, 42, faces criminal trespassing charges, while the man seen next to him, 26-year-old Robinson Daviel, faces trespassing charges and possession of burglary tools…
