RANDOLPH COUNTY, N.C. — The North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation has arrested Newton Grove Police Chief Greg Warren after investigating allegations involving a minor.
According to the SBI, the Sampson County Sheriff’s Office received an initial report on January 5 and asked the SBI to step in the next day. That’s when state agents took over the investigation.
