SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — Nearly 10,000 residents of Spartanburg County were impacted by a cyberattack on offices in August, with notifications about the breach mailed out before Christmas.
Scottie Kay Blackwell, Communications Manager for Spartanburg County, confirmed that 9,756 South Carolina residents were affected by the cyberattack.
