TIPTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WMC) – A new billboard in Tipton County warns criminals they are entering the “land of jail and serious bail.”
The billboard features District Attorney General Mark Davidson and Tipton County Sheriff Shannon Beasley. Both officials said they are addressing concerns from constituents about crime coming from neighboring Memphis and Shelby County.
