A shopping plaza located near the intersection of State Road 200 and County Road 484 was just sold for $7.25 million.
Country Oaks Shopping Center, which is located at 9598 SW 114th Street, was sold by Country Oaks Retail Associates, LLC to Warm Springs Villages, LLC on Monday, January 5 for $7,250,000.
According to state corporate records, Warm Springs Villages, LLC is registered to Edward J.A. O’Hanrahan, Jr. of Wildwood. Country Oaks Retail Associates, LLC is registered to Simone and Sam Spiegel of Deerfield Beach.
Constructed in 2006, the shopping center currently houses Floor Factory Outlet, Bealls, Dollar Tree, Sherwin Williams, and Rose Nails. The plaza is situated just southwest of Walmart Supercenter. In total, the stores are comprised of over 86,645 square feet of commercial space.
The sale of Country Oaks Shopping Center marks yet another shopping plaza changing hands in Ocala over the past 12 months.
