According to an FHP news release, a pickup truck driven by a 50-year-old Pensacola man ran off the road when it tried to pass another vehicle on East Quintette Road.
After running off the road, the truck went over a guardrail and hit two trees.
The driver and a 51-year-old woman from Pensacola who was a passenger in the truck, had to be cut out of the truck by Escambia County Fire and Rescue. They were taken to the hospital with serious injuries…
