Ocala woman says she was severely injured after energy drinks fell on her head at Walmart

An Ocala woman is suing a local Walmart, alleging she suffered severe and potentially “terminal” injuries when a package of energy drinks toppled off a shelf and struck her on the head.

Attorneys representing Rosalia Arguedas filed the lawsuit on Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025, in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County against Wal-Mart Stores East, LP and a manager identified only as “Jane Doe.”
