MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (7News) — Police are investigating a fatal shooting outside an Exxon gas station in Silver Spring, Md., late Thursday evening, according to the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD).
Officers were called around 7:45 p.m. to the 3000 block of Briggs Chaney Road for a reported shooting. When they arrived, police found a man who had trauma to the body and had been shot outside the gas station.
