Loves Park, Ill. (WTVO) — Jersey Mike’s opened a new location at the corner of Riverside and Forest Hills, offering more than just sandwiches as it seeks to support local high school athletics.
The new restaurant, owned by Brian Sobieski, is his second location in Illinois. His first location opened in Belvidere in 2024, and the Loves Park store has created 20 new jobs in the community.
To celebrate its grand opening, the shop is distributing 9,000 donation cards. With a $3 donation, customers will receive a free sandwich, with 100% of those funds directed to Guilford High School’s athletic department…
