COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Officers said they placed a driver into custody after he crashed into a police cruiser late Thursday night.
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), two officers were at Tutt Boulevard and Alderney Way with a stalled vehicle on a hill at 10:42 p.m.
