Street closures in effect through fall on west side of downtown Ann Arbor

ANN ARBOR, MI — Street closures are in effect on the west side of downtown Ann Arbor as the city embarks on a months-long sewer construction project with the University of Michigan.

Street barricades and construction equipment are now in place along parts of First and Washington streets where crews will be installing new sewer infrastructure using a tunneling method.
