BETHLEHEM, Pa. – A Bethlehem Police Department officer is being recognized after going above and beyond in helping an elderly woman get a new lock for her home.

While working an overtime shift Thursday, Officer Hobson responded to a call that was initially reported as a burglary, according to a news release from the city police department.
