BUFFALO, N.Y. — A couple years ago, Nick Kotrides and Michael Bowen were just friends, not yet business partners. each running their own businesses in Buffalo’s Elmwood Village.
“I noticed that there was a shift, a dynamic change in the food and beverage industry and entertainment as a whole,” Kotrides told 2 On Your Side. “In general, the dining experience, the entertainment experience, everything was pretty much done by the phone in your hand.”
