CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Wholesale retailer-Costco is proposing to build a new store on the site of the former Sears department store at Greenbrier Mall.
Mike Sifen, owner of the majority of the mall, submitted a conditional use permit application last month for a gas station to be build on the 15 acre site that sits just south of I-64.
The application states the fueling station would compliment a store with 200 employees that’ll serve around 7,000 customers daily…
