CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Libby Edwards-Allbaugh says she came home from Christmas shopping and parked her car at home.
When she came outside the next morning, it was gone.
“It was literally in my parking spot outside of my house that this happened,” Edwards-Allbaugh said. “I live in a condominium complex where there’s tons of cars and tons of parking lot so to randomly be chosen, it was quite a surprise…
