Jan. 9, 2026 — Lee Health is pleased to share that Cape Coral Hospital’s Emergency Department has been expanded to include nine new treatment bays, for a total of 56 treatment spaces. This expansion will allow more patients to be treated in an expeditious timeframe and support the growing Cape Coral community.
Cape Coral is one of the fastest-growing cities in Southwest Florida. The addition of these new treatment spaces will enhance access to vital medical services for the city’s growing population.
