Polk Man Behind Bars After Allegedly Attempting to ‘Move Into’ Vacant Plum Township Home

PLUM TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police arrested a Polk man on Monday morning after he allegedly entered a Plum Township building without permission to move his belongings inside.

According to court documents, PSP Franklin filed the following criminal charges against 44-year-old Cody Thal Ray, of Polk, in Magisterial District Judge Andrew F. Fish’s office on January 5, 2026:
