The Sacramento Police Department is asking the public for help in locating 35-year-old Kwasi Watson, who has the mental capacity of a 10-year-old and is considered at risk. He was last seen around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday near the 4700 block of E. Commerce Way, wearing a tan coat, maroon sweats, and blue/white Nike shoes, as reported by the Sacramento Police Department.
