HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A 38-year-old has been identified as the man who was shot and killed in Henrico on Thursday morning.
At about 4:50 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 8, officers with the Henrico County Police Division responded to the report of a “suspicious situation” in the 1400 block of Oakland Road.
