RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Several packages were stolen from a Richmond residential building on New Year’s Eve, police said.
On Friday, Jan. 9, the Richmond Police Department took to Facebook to ask for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in a Dec. 31, 2025 burglary at a residential building in the 100 block of W. Franklin Street.
