SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Syracuse’s new Public Safety Building on West Fayette Street is set to open in March, Syracuse Police Chief Joe Cecile said.
“Keep in mind, it will be like moving into a house. We’re going to do it floor by floor because you have six floors here that people will be moving into. So it will be a phased approach that begins in March,” Cecile explained.
