WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A new thrift store called “Relove It Again” has opened at 1208 S Third Street to support the New Hanover Outreach Clinic, which provides dental care to people in the community who wouldn’t be able to afford it otherwise.
The New Hanover Outreach Clinic was formerly known as the St. Mary Health Center. The clinic previously operated on the Basilica of St. Mary’s campus but was evicted because church leaders said they needed the space for their growing Catholic school.
The clinic then moved to a location on 16th Street, but the new building has created new financial struggles for the organization…
