MARINETTE — A boy charged in the death of Jakob Bowerman, 13, appeared via video call on Wednesday in Marinette County Circuit Court, for an arraignment.
Peyton L. Carnot, 16, Kaukauna, Wisconsin, is being charged as an adult with 2nd degree reckless homicide as a party to a crime. According to a criminal complaint, Carnot told investigators that he and Tylor R. Birch, 21, threw Bowerman (who could not swim) off the Government Pier in Menekaunee on Aug. 20.
Bowerman died on Aug. 23, in a Green Bay hospital…
