A SWAT standoff is over after a man on the roof of a Chick-fil-A in west Harris County was taken into custody, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
Law enforcement officers said they responded to the business at 19300 Katy Freeway near Fry Road at about 9 a.m. on Friday.
