GREELEY, Colo. (Weld County D.A.) – On Tuesday, January 6th, Weld County District Attorney Michael Rourke issued a letter and report to Greeley Police Chief Adam Turk regarding the fatal officer involved shooting of Chad Ingmire on October 10, 2025.
The 19th Judicial District Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) conducted the investigation which was provided to the District Attorney’s Office.
