EUGENE, Ore. – A ‘shelter in place’ notice has been issued for residents near the 2900 block of Lord Byron Place and Crescent Avenue due to police activity in the area, according to the Eugene Police Department.
EPD officials said that others should avoid the area to allow emergency vehicles faster access to and from the location. Residents should not call 911 unless they have an actual emergency, police said.
