HONOLULU (Island News) — A 19-year-old woman was arrested following a Thursday night incident at the car rental facility of the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport involving a replica gun.
Police officers responded to a weapons call at 10:20 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2026, at the airport’s car rental facility. Police were told that a man was yelling at car rental workers and flashed what appeared to be a black handgun.
