Personnel file for suspended officer indicted after viral video shows previous infractions

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A look into the personnel file of Baltimore Police Officer Robert Parks shows nearly a dozen people complained after investigators say viral cell phone video captured Parks using his patrol vehicle to chase down a man with an open warrant.

Back in October Parks was suspended without pay, and the following month Baltimore City State’s Attorney Ivan Bates announced his indictment.
