A development consisting of townhomes, cottage courts, commercial space, and storage for boats and RVs had the application withdrawn by the applicant at Thursday’s Hall County Commission meeting.
The development off of Sardis Road in District 2 Commissioner Billy Powell’s district was originally tabled at the Dec. 11 voting meeting.
The announcement of the withdrawal led to the eruption of cheers from the dozens of citizens in attendance. The withdrawal was approved 4-0 by the commission.
