The two adults were discovered unresponsive on the 600 block of East Allegheny Avenue in the city’s Kensington neighborhood at about 6:20 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 9, according to police.
Philadelphia Fire Department medics pronounced both victims dead at 7:02 p.m., authorities said.
