SAN DIEGO — A judge ruled Thursday that Maya Millete’s marriage therapist records will be released to prosecutors, a significant development as her husband prepares to stand trial for her murder.
Larry Millete’s attorney appeared virtually in San Diego Superior Court for a motions hearing focused largely on logistics ahead of the March 9 trial. Larry Millete, who has been jailed without bail for four years and three months, is charged with first-degree murder and illegal possession of an assault weapon.
The ruling comes during the same week that marks five years since Maya Millete vanished from the couple’s Chula Vista home on Jan. 7, 2021. Her body has never been found…
