Second man pleads not guilty in November shooting that killed Jasmine Queen, injured others

TOLEDO, Ohio — A man charged in connection with a shooting that killed 19-year-old Jasmine Queen and injured two others has pleaded not guilty.

According to court records, Marshaun Purley, 18, pleaded not guilty to multiple felony charges in relation to the shooting on Wednesday. His bond was set at $2 million, no 10%. He was ordered to have no direct contact or indirect contact with the alleged victims or co-defendants. His pre-trial hearing is scheduled for Feb. 4.
