Demolition well underway at former Forest Fair Mall

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Whether it was known as Forest Fair, Cincinnati Mills or the Cincinnati Mall, the long-vacant complex is now being torn down.

Many of the former anchor store buildings remain standing, but demolition is active on the backside of the property. Crews expect to complete the work by summer.

The mall opened in phases in 1988 and 1989 and was once the second-largest in Ohio, spanning more than 1.5 million square feet and housing up to 200 stores…
