HIAWATHA, Iowa (KCRG) – Hawkeye Area Community Action Program (HACAP) has announced its new Chief Operating Officer starting this month.
Kim Guardado, who currently serves as Food Reservoir Director, has been promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). With 24 years at HACAP, Guardado leads efforts to improve health and combat poverty for individuals and families, demonstrating a lifelong dedication to community well-being.
