EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A traffic stop in Horizon City led to the arrest of a wanted fugitive from North Central Texas, who was sought for a drug offense.
At about 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 8, Horizon Police officers conducted a traffic stop along the 13000 block of Horizon Boulevard for an equipment violation.
Officers made contact with the driver, identified as Chad Kenneth Horn, age 24. A records check showed that Horn was wanted with an active full extradition warrant issued by Archer County, Texas, for a controlled substance offense…
