LUBBOCK, Texas — The Lubbock Metropolitan Special Crimes Unit were call to the 7000 block of 21st street on Friday, January 9, after a report of shots fired and a deceased induvial.
Lubbock Police were initially called to the scene at 10:40 p.m. for a report of shots fired in the area.
