LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — The Little Rock Board of Directors approved another year of funding for the Bridge to Work program, which pays people experiencing homelessness to help clean up the city while offering resources to support long-term stability.
The program, led by Canvas Community Church, provides short-term jobs and broader support services for participants.
