SPRINGFIELD–The 41st Annual Bass Pro Tournament of Champions is less than a week away, and the 2026 field is, by far, the most potent it’s ever been.
Five of the eight teams featured in this year’s bracket are ranked inside the top-8, nationally. Including, top-ranked Paul VI, out of Chantilly, Virginia, and the No. 2-ranked team in the land, Principia, from Des Peres, Missouri.
While the event will draw thousands of fans, from across the country, to the Ozarks and Great Southern Bank Arena, it feels like the local fan base is half-heartedly excited to watch Springfield representatives, Kickapoo and Logan-Rogersville, to compete…
