Becoming a Bison: Canyon’s Noah Cooper signs with Harding University

CANYON, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Today in front of his family, friends, coaches, and teammates Canyon’s Noah Cooper signed his National Letter of Intent to run track and cross country at Harding University. The highly decorated athlete is expected to run in the 3,000-meter, 5,000-meter, and 10,000-meter races for the Bison.

During the fall, Cooper helped the Eagles Cross Country team claim a UIL Class 4A Cross Country State Title and he finished third in the individual ranks. The long-distance runner boasts a championship resume that is certain to contribute to his collegiate team when his name is called.
