Chicago police are warning residents about an armed robber who followed women into garages and vestibules during two attacks on the Northwest Side.
According to a community alert from the Chicago Police Department, the offender struck twice during the early afternoon hours of December 28, using physical force to take victims’ property after following them into enclosed areas.
