Being that Colorado is such a “land-locked” state, finding a great seafood restaurant can be tricky, at times. Sometimes you find one that doesn’t take itself too seriously, like this one you’ll find in Fort Collins, and you’ll just have a good time while having some seafood.

For 10 years (2009-2019) there was Famous Dave’s barbecue restaurant in Front Range Village of Fort Colllins off of Ziegler and Harmony Road. I used to go in there on Sundays, because on Sundays if your name was Dave, you’d get a free beer. Five years after Famous Dave’s closed down, a new seafood restaurant took over the space, which is a big space; you would think it would be some corporate owned restaurant, but it’s not. It’s locally owned, Captain Hook Seafood.
