PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Drier skies and warmer temperatures are starting to take shape across western Oregon and southwest Washington on Friday.
A ridge of high pressure is helping to dry and warm up Portland area temperatures to end an otherwise seasonal start to the week. Temperatures will climb above the average of 47 degrees, with forecast highs in Portland in the low 50s today. This comes as rain and snow-free conditions build across the region.
