TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Arizona students can show their report cards and save money on car insurance, as insurance companies link responsible academic performance to responsible driving habits.
Full-time Arizona students under 19 with a B average or higher can qualify for a 10% discount through some insurance companies by uploading their report cards. Allstate Insurance Agent Keith Duncan said he saves Tucson families between $700 and $2,000 per year through the program.
“Students that get As and Bs statistically show that they are more responsible,” Duncan said.
