Locals protest the killing of Renee Good during ‘Ice Out for Good’ candlelight event

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — Many people across the country protested against the Immigration and Customs Enforcement on Saturday as a response to the death of Renee Good, who was shot by an ICE agent in Minneapolis on Wednesday. Some residents gathered in Columbus to join the movement.

Members with Columbus and Phenix City Indivisible held an “Ice Out for Good” event, a candlelight vigil to demand accountability and honor Renee Good and others harmed by ICE’s actions.
