Erie, Pennsylvania – Drivers across southern Erie County could face slick roads and reduced visibility Sunday as lake effect snow bands intensify, bringing several inches of accumulation and strong wind gusts through the evening.

According to the National Weather Service in Cleveland, a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from late Sunday morning through early Monday for southern Erie County. Snow totals between 3 and 5 inches are expected, with winds gusting up to 35 mph.
