Suspect sought after anti-Jewish vandalism and threats outside Manhattan business, police say

MANHATTAN, N.Y. – Police are searching for a man who allegedly carved anti-Jewish messages into the front door of a Manhattan establishment before threatening an employee with a sharp object, authorities said.

The incident occurred around 12:13 p.m. Saturday in front of 47 East 60th Street. According to investigators, the unidentified suspect used a sharp instrument to etch anti-Jewish remarks onto the building’s entrance. When a 24-year-old male employee confronted him, the man displayed the weapon, made additional anti-Jewish statements, and fled eastbound on East 60th Street.

No injuries were reported…
