Pig that escaped from truck on Route 30 gets new chance at life in Lancaster County

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A local pig who escaped from the back of a truck on Route 30 will now have a new lease on life, thanks to the Lancaster Farm Sanctuary.

The pig; now named Robin, first caught local attention after her escape, hanging out on a grassy patch with several Manheim Township police officers off of Route 30 near New Holland Avenue.
