Alleged Metro gang member repeatedly deported now faces felony charges for drugs, weapons

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said an illegal immigrant has been deported several times and is now facing felony weapon and drug charges.

Alvarado-Garcia has been charged with theft of a vehicle, possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and three counts of possession of a firearm, according to Metro Nashville Police.
