SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – Recent incidents involving children being hit by vehicles in Savannah are raising concerns about safety on city streets, particularly as more kids walk, bike or use e-bikes and scooters to get around.
This month, a middle school student walking to Myers Middle School was hit by a car on the way to school. In December, 14-year-old Marcus Anderson was killed while riding his bike after being struck by a vehicle.
